It was a nice cozy environment, and very friendly personal trainers who cares for you personally. Their fees are not cheap, but they would look after your weight management, meal management. They look for better life for you mentally, physically and emotionally. Excellent service. For additional $10 per month, you can join group lessons as much as you can, (not sure if they still do it) but it is very recommended to take group lessons because it is a KILLER!!! you will enjoy and melt those fats in no time!
