There was a bit of an issue in one area getting the dirt out of the carpets and he refused to give up until it came out, he was honestly at it for hours and didn't want us to pay him any more than the original quote because he said it wasn't good enough. Carpet has come up brilliantly, very happy with how clean it is. Work took a bit longer than expected but that was because they were diligent and wanted to do a great job. Have recommended them to a friend already.
