I purchased a car from this car yard just over 2 months ago, & have already had major issues with it. Firstly, my starter motor went a month after purchase, and now my transmission has just packed up, where it needs replacing. To say I'm angry is putting it nicely. I would recommend avoiding this car yard, as I don't want to see other people have the same issues with their cars as me.

Hi Jennie. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear about the transmission. I just wanted to highlight a few things.
1.When the starter motor stopped working it was covered by the warranty that was given to you free of charge. You were not out of pocket.
2.When the transmission went on the car you did not contact us to let us know that there was a problem. Once again the warranty that was given to you free of charge paid $1000 towards the cost of the repairs. You were only $50 dollars out of pocket. Had you made contact with us for this matter we would have reimbursed your out of pocket expense.
Id like to highlight that you bought a $3000 dollar car that drove really well and started every time. It came with registration, roadworthy and a 12 month warranty. I cannot control what happens to my vehicles when they leave here. The best I can do is give all customers a free 12 month warranty so that you are not paying for big repairs when and if they arise.
Please understand that in all the years I have been in this industry I have rarely encountered difficulties rectifying customers problems when they are brought to my attention. In your case I was not given the opportunity to help you with your issues. Nonetheless, I wish you all the best in the future with your purchase.
