I had 2 airconditioners installed by this business. Neither unit has been installed according to the manufacturers installation instructions - which negates my warranties on them and both of them are leaking refrigerant. The store I bought them from has acknowleged how badly installed they were and is getting another installer out to fix the installation. When the installer turned up he complained that the job was too hard (despite me paying extra to have both units installed) and used a string of expletives while he was installing them. He also said his "heart wasn't in" the installation - evidenced by how bad his workmanship was! There isn't enough room here to describe how bad the installation was.

Approximate cost: $1500 for installation only

I had 3 split system air conditioners installed. Allan was friendly, fast, and did an excellent job. His workmanship was spot on, and I'd happily use his services again.
