I have just had my van fully serviced and was very impressed with the booking process which was effortless and was kept informed about anything that was needed doing and was sent a quote as well for my approval. All work completed, bill paid and drove away. Very happy with my experience. Highly recommend.

Here is a business that actually wants to do business with you ... and in a professional manner. From reminding you of your booking and where to park when you arrive several days beforehand, to checking in at reception and then disconnecting & parking the van and being greeted by the Principal (Todd McArthur) in the holding yard, the whole process is seamless and professional. Todd spent time asking what service/repair needs were required and also gave approx costs involved plus a time frame for completion of work. Photos were also promised of the job in progress and delivered after completion. Reception informed me of when the service was completed together with an emailed invoice & checklist of items serviced, repaired, or replaced. This is customer service at its' best.
