Had help to buy an antenna, when I got the product home it was incorrect so I took it back the very next day. They will not refund my money because I opened the packet. I have explained that I received help to purchase the product and sent a letter explaining my situation and they still wont return the item. I was made to feel by the manager as if this was my fault and now my problem. Not inpressed with the service I received or the product. I will not be shopping at that store again!
