Investagated'howling' that had started through my water pipes. It was tracked back to a faulty water meter that had rececently been replaced by ACTEWAGL. He took up the matter with ACTEWAGL on my behalf and arraned for the meter to be replaced (not just repaired). As soon as this was done, the problem went away.
