I signed up for Alltel service and it was all good for first few weeks. They take long time to pickup phone calls and when you complaint that goes back to normal the next day. Casually I checked the online reviews and I am shocked to see all 18 reviews are posted in the same month of feb 2013!!! something is fishy here

I signed up with Alltel in 2012 and it was a very easy, straight forward and simply online sign-up process. Within 24 hours my account was up and running and I can honestly say it has been one of the easiest and best business decisions I have made with choosing Alltel to assist with the live answering/reception service. I have since highly recommended Alltel to my other business contacts and Alltel has certainly help me take the business to the next level in late 2012/early 2013 as being located in Perth, Western Australia and being a national business/sole trader does anyone like being woken up at 5am on a Saturday with the phone ringing. Alltel answers all the calls for me 7 days a week in a professional manner which means I can concentrate on reaching as many new and existing clients. Even when I'm away or on holidays Alltel can take care of the calls so I can contact the clients as soon as I can or let them know I'm away and will come back to them as soon as I can. We came across Alltel after searching fruitlessly on the web for a better live answering service than our previous provider (OfficeHQ). As a small business starting out in its infancy, it is vital that all calls to the business are taken care of in a timely manner and most importantly with a friendly attitude. After OfficeHQ's free trial ended and we moved on to a cheaper plans, their service level dropped accordingly.

Our customers started giving us feedbacks on how the person who answered the phone sounds very uninterested and slow, and we know firsthand that messages were taken half-heartedly as the caller's name or contact details would be incorrect all the time. We knew we had to move and after reading some good reviews from other small business operators, I decided to give Alltel a go and it turned out to be the smartest business decision I have made!

Firstly, Alltel's services were significantly more affordable than their counterparts, but their customer service levels are far better! Right at the start, someone gave me a call to ensure I am setting everything up correctly according to my business needs. They even taught me how to spend wisely and not to include services that might complicate things.

Ever since the change, I had nothing but timely and accurate messages from them. I can rest assured I won't miss out on new business enquires even when all of us at the office are too busy to get to the phone. I made my decision on trying their service based on positive reviews from other users, therefore I would like to do the same and ensure other business owners can head in the right direction in the search. Our company offers a twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) day a week service, so it is of the utmost importance that we have a top notch communication system in place. Our services consist of Road Sweeping, Factory Sweeping and Scrubbing, Line Marking and Concrete Sealing; at times we receive emergency calls and have to react with short notice. We have used other high profiled twenty-four secretarial answering services in the past, these services were good for awhile however when they moved to off shore staff the service dropped dramatically. Clients would complain th
at the staff was hard to understand and would often get the details mixed up, sending me the wrong details. Since being with ALLTEL their service cannot be faulted, our clients can contact us 24/7 and we receive the message within minutes, I have had clients amazed with the quick reply stating that they had only just hung up the phone when we called back. Not only is their service reliable and of a high quality, it is very cost efficient as well. The cost of this service is minimal considering it covers a 24/7 time frame. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to the services that ALLTEL offer, as previously stated the service is efficient, cost effective and extremely reliable. Early last year we realised our business wasn't getting enough phone calls, part of the solution discussed involved replacing our existing mobile number with an inbound 1300 number. In the first week of changing over to a 1300 number we received 40% more calls. We found the 1300 number helps us to come across as being a big business rather than looking like a small computer repair business with a hobbyist doing all the work. In my time in business I have dealt with many telco companies and more often than not there is problems with billing and service. To be honest I haven't got any experience with other telco companies other than Alltel, I got recommended to these guys by a friend of mine and I found them to be extremely efficient and helpful. They would execute my requests very promptly and fast, everything seems to be in order reducing the amount of stress in running a small business. Alltel was a simple option for our fast paced business. Easy to set up, effective and efficient. Providing us with an 1800 help desk number for all the competitions we run across the Foxtel platform. One word: easy. Alltel's simple process for diverting our 1300 over the Xmas break so our landholders could speak to someone in an emergency was awesome. We are a conservation organisation looking after private property so landholder backup is paramount. When I called Alltel, I had an idea of what I needed and it was great that the person on the other side understood my needs and found the right product for me. I am also starting a new business so a product with reasonable costs was important to me. I also love your website! I always find what I need and it explains things really well. My company, a boutique mortgage brokerage in Melbourne, has been using Alltel's services for nearly 3 years. When our clients call, and our customer service team is busy on the phone, Alltel helps to provide a "Live Answering" service which maintains our professional image by answering our client's calls in a timely manner. Those messages are then promptly sent to me via email, where I can forward to the appropriate person or action myself, ensuring no one is left waiting for a return phone call. The best thing about this service is that it can quickly be tailored to meet the individual needs of my business by sending off a one or two line email. I can for example say, could you change our live answering to note that we are in a team conference all day and your phone call will be returned after 5pm today and therefore no client's calls will go unreturned. The fax to email service, allows our business to have all incoming faxes sent to the one email address where they can be monitored, ticked off and forwarded to the appropriate person. This often eliminates the need to print faxes unnecessarily and saves us time and money. We've been with Alltel for over 2 years and couldn't be happier. Speedy, local service that doesn't cost an arm and a leg and with great product choices there is something for every business type. We started off as a one person business but have now grown to a mobile staff of 26 and have launched as a franchise system. The vast range of Alltel services available has assisted me as I've grown and will continue to do so as I add other services along the way when necessary. We initially engaged Alltel's services to provide our business with a 1300 number, because we were initially operating our business from a home office, and I spent a lot of time out of the office, it was critical that I maintained a competitive edge by have a live person take any missed calls and pass them directly onto me via both text and email. We have grown our business substantially over the past 3yrs and now operate from an office/warehouse with full time office staff. I was tempted to cancel the live answering service when we first made the move into our new business premises, however I have found that maintaining the live answer service has paid for itself as calls are never missed 24/7. I can use the service after hours to filter important calls, and return selected calls. We have been using Alltel for several years now and find that we can work effectively and without stress, knowing that if we cannot answer calls when we are busy, that Alltel will take care of them and we don't lose business. Alltel prompt us to make changes to our services at holiday times so that their staff can answer appropriately. The 1300 phone number and diversion means that we have a professional number and calls come through to my mobile phone. That way I can answer enquiries where ever I am. This is vital as I am out of the office for so much of the time. We hire Alltel as our receptionist when we are not in.
