Worst experience Ive EVER had! I get massage & facials done quite often & I was far from impressed when I went here. Did not fill out a consultation, was taken into the room by a staff who didnt speak any english. My facial was the worst ive ever had & did not feel like a professional was performing the treatment. There was no music on, so much noise outside of the room, when staff put my mask on staff left the room for over 20 mins and i could hear staff making a coffee. Then the massage was so painful, even after telling staff it was to firm staff kept going ( i dont think staff understood) and the room was freezing! Overall cannot complain enough about this place! Left there feeling stressed and worse then when i walked in.
