I've been here twice. The food is genuinely good and on a non Friday night or weekend the service is good

Despite hearing and reading numerous negative comments about this restaurant, I went with an open mind. Great location, middle eastern food, good website, how bad could it be?

We made a reservation the night before specifically asking for a table inside. As we were not greeted at the door and not knowing who to ask, we searched for someone to speak to, told him we had a reservation. Without checking, he immediately seated us outside. After arguing & telling them our booking is inside, they moved us inside.

We weren't happy with the table they were setting up and, when we asked to change the table, he bluntly said 'NO!'. Asking why, the response was 'these tables are for people with reservations'. I told him that I have made a reservation, in which he said to the waiter who was seating us, 'they seem like difficult customers, clear the tables' and yelled to us 'get out'. As he was ushering us out, we asked to speak to the manager. Surprisingly, he answered 'I'm the owner'. When we said this is unacceptable and we will make a complaint, he swore at us and told us to leave his restaurant.

After reading more reviews, I'm not surprised by the owners actions and I genuinely feel sorry for his staff
