A little like a mad house,although a new business,they act like they've all been in the business for twenty years(when the owners are just out on a business venture)granted that one lady has been into childcare for a dozen years&may be practicing according to child care laws&i must say the other workers although not fully trained(still doing appropriate courses etc)seem to be capable,i think.The problem with this place is the emphasis on making&saving money hence cutting as many corners as they can.The poor girls are under alot of pressure,so therefore there is a high staff turnover as they all leave.Parents do pay for the services,but recieve cheapest rate services.They pay alot for the"nutritious"meals,yet get your black&gold,cut back goods.They have all the right intentions but i think if they stressed less on how cheaply they buy&pay,all would be o'k.I don't think people should pay for steak and get sausages,if you know what i mean......
