We had our Ford Kuga serviced by Al's Autos today after obtaining a recommendation. What a pleasant change from the franchises we have dealt with previously. They made no attempt to try and talk us into having unnecessary work done and were very accommodating to our needs. Best of all, they checked the cruise control which hadn't been working for quite some time, and fixed the problem with no extra charge. They could so easily have charged for that, and we would have been none the wiser. They also rotated the wheels and cleaned the car. In addition, the price was less than expected. I highly recommend Al's Autos to anyone wanting to deal with old fashioned honest and reliable service.

Since the closure of Holden dealerships, I have been at the mercy of incompetent franchisee workshops. I went to Al's Auto to fix a problem that I had paid a franchisee to correct, was not corrected and had questionable workshop practises. I have been to Al's Auto three times now and each time they fitted me into their schedule and had me back on the road the same day.

Arranged for tow truck and had car taken to work shop. Found the problem with my car, repaired it and had me back on the road that afternoon. Frendly quality service and all work guaranteed
