Drop in a North Face jacket for a zippier replacement, upon pick up, gave me an old worn out addias jacket. Said, that's the jacket you gave us. How dumb are you. Why would I pay for $45 for new zippier if I can get the Adidas for less than that price. If you want to steel my expensive North Face. Just say so. Never trust these people. Lowest of human being.

I came here in October 2022 to get my work pants fitted and shortened.

I have my usual seamstress elsewhere but I supposedly heard good feedbacks about this place and thought that since I was in the shopping centre, I’ll give it a go.

I went in and met with a lady who was lovely and accommodated to my request and how I like the pants to sit.

Upon my return a week later, it was a gentleman that worked there. I had forgotten my receipt but still provided him with my name and number for him to look up and apologised about this. He was so rude, so arrogant and pretty much said that I made his job harder than it should be, very unprofessional.

When he brought up my pants - which only took him a minute to find mind you, he didn’t care to ask me to check and made sure I was happy with it. He just straight away told me how much I should pay for it.

I said hold on… let me try it on first to make sure everything is good. He got flustered and said ok whatever.

When I tried the pants on, it wasn’t as what I requested. It was still very long to which I asked to get shortened and it wasn’t sitting right.

He shrugged his shoulders and said, “didn’t you tell us how you wanted it before?? So we made it that way!” So abrupt and arrogant.

Dude, you clearly didn’t do your job properly so fix it.

And he said it will take another week to finish. I said yeah no worries just get it done.

Upon my return, I was disgusted with the workmanship and end result. It still wasn’t as I asked.

The job and stitching was so messy and so bodgy.

I was over it by 2 weeks of not having my work pants and they charged an arm and a leg.

Never coming back here again. I don’t recommend this place.

Recently had some work pants taken up from this Alteration place, I found the service to be very friendly, and assertive.

They handled my trousers with care.

They have a fitting room to try on clothes.
