I regret engaging the company as the vendor's representative for one of my property settlement.

Not only did the company unresponse to many calls related to urgent matters, on many occasions, on many different dates within the expecting working hours, causing me stress and time wasted but also the company terminated the service one day before the settlement date without as little as a dicussion to resolve the issue I had with the service that the company provided, causing me had to find a new vendor's representative helping to settle the property as soon as possible in a very short period of time.

The company charged me full price for only 90% of work being done, and hold up the settlement till the very last minute as they would like to see the money presented in their bank account, despite many emails and photos as proofs of transactions were sent. I was also threatened with lawsuit and debt collector if the money were not paid in full before the due date.

I am pursued the issue with VCAT after 14 days trying to resolve the matter.

It was a nightmare experience, one that I would definitely not wish upon any of my circles.

Julie was amazing. We tried on many properties and despite only the last one was successful, she gave her full attention to each and every question we had. She raised concerns/matters we did not think of, and advised us on best course of actions.
