It's good to see a little competition to some of the other supermarkets in the area. This IGA has only recently opened and today I got the chance to check it out. There's a carpark behind/underneath - I didn't venture in as I wasn't sure if it was going to cost me money or not.

The store is big, clean and well laid out. Nice fruit and veg section and lovely deli with lots of cheese choices etc.

All the IGA products you've been used to and a large range of other everyday items. Of course they have their own specials and if you get an IGA card, you can take advantage of more discounts and give points to charity. It's free to sign up.

I did a medium shop with some good value meats, cleaning products, frozen foods etc and some lovely fresh rolls from the self-serve bakery section. Their roast chickens are less than $9 and there's a big bank of freezers as well. But it isn't so huge that you get lost in it, or tired walking around. LOL

The check out assistant was pleasant and helpful. I'll definitely be back.
