Hubby & I purchased bikes for each other for Chrissy. After 3 rides, I realised I had purchased the wrong bike. We went back to the store to see what we could do. They refunded all my money and then gave me a super deal on a more suitable bike. I was completely my own fault for choosing the first bike (cruiser - cause it looked pretty) totally impractical when riding with some one else on a mountain bike! They could not have been more helpful.
