NEVER user this company, and never pay 10% upfront until they actually start the work!!
There was so many problems that occurred with this company it would fill pages.
In short they ripped off with many more 'extra' charges, the contractors were extremely rude, and left massive rubbish in the site.
They use independent (low quality) sub-contractors, and little communication is provided to sub-contractor.
Main problem was with the sub-contractor not knowing the requirement for pre-notification (due to dog). Sub-contractor arrived one morning (no announcement) to start the fence work. Sub-contractor was extremely rude and abusive when turned away for not giving notification.
A week later they came back for job (notifying this time), but demanded a $380 extra fee for being turned away the first time. Complaining to the company only gave two options, pay the extra $380 fee, or all work is cancelled and I lose the 10% deposit! (Had to make extra payment!)
