Extremely disappointed with their service. We picked up all the tiles and our tiler completed our job. Once finished I contacted Amber to ask if they would be happy to buy back the leftover tiles. Instead they made up a story to state they were actually for another order and said they will pick up a certain number of boxes from me. I said there were not that many remaining and they proceeded to invoice me for more tiles. Terrible management, controls of their stock and no after sales service. Won't be dealing with them again or recommending.
