I applied for finance to purchase a property, the problems started with almost daily emails of paperwork that needed to be signed (forgotten by the broker) at our initial and secondary...and third meetings. Pre-liminary finance approval was approved then I signed the sales contract with the usual 2-week finance clause...after more almost daily emails requested yet more paperwork they'd forgotten about and 2 weeks later...a 2-day extension was requested as they needed an extra day to do the final paperwork...2 days later, still no response and oh, they need another day to do the paperwork...totally unprofessional and can't believe they're in business. Don't waste your time.
