Alan is the best mechanic in terms of customer service and even though I am not an expert I'm sure his work is top-notch for quality as well. He answers all the calls with great willingness to help even though he's busy!

The records I have on me show I was there on 16 February 2009, 4 March 2010, 16 February 2011 and 23 March 2011. I think the last two dates were for a 100,000km service, and I remember him warning me that it would be a big service the year before! My car is over 10 years old now, but he regularly serviced it for about four years. Alan was recommended to me by someone who has used him for years. I have stopped using him only because I found someone I can walk from home to on a weekend. Alan is a bit out the way, but if you have someone who can pick you up and drop you off - please try him.

I paid $186.34, $168.19, $189.09 and $351.45 respectively for these services. I am watching my budget, and these prices were so good compared to what I was paying at a dealer's service centre.

I went to him twice when I had to check something "little". One was to replace a brake light globe and one was to check why my car was stalling. Both times I called him first to advise the issue. He was very helpful with both and never charged me anything. The reason for my car stalling - change petrol companies! Since then, no stalling!
