Very bad service received from female staff member who was rude and incompetent at her job and was not able to assist with a basic prescription matter. She also made an inappropriate discriminatory comment about my background and ethnicity when I was leaving the store after I reported that she was rude during my dealings with her.
Although the owner was extemely accomodating and professional I will never visit the Amcal Max Success pharmacy again - extremely disappointed that people like this is in a customer service role!
