I have recently (2010) had my window coverings installed. Thank you to all at American Drapes for the service and patients while my house builder was delayd. Finally our pleasure was to sit back and see that the wait was worth it due to the quality and finish of our drapes and blinds that made our home look special. Lucy of Diamond Creek.

American Drapes made the drapes for my house and I am very unhappy! They refused to take them away and refund my money or even fix them! They were rude to deal with. We were incorrectly informed about how they would be made and things only got worse from there. They tried to fix the problem initially but only made things worse. I cringe every time I look at the drapes but I am going to have to live with them as I can't afford to spend another $10,000 to replace them. I would never recommend this business to anyone.
