Sadly, a very dirty salon. I didn't feel comfortable getting my nails done, and they didn't do what I asked for. I hate that they don't talk to you or understand anything you say. I don't feel like a valued customer here. Sorry, I wont be back.

The place is filthy. I had shellac done and the machine where you place your hands to dry the nail polish was extremely dirty. There was also nail polish splashed over the cupboards, chairs and the floor was wet which is clearly an health hazard. The staff could not care less about you and are continuously looking at other things. never going back!

Initially happy with pedicures, but not with my acrylic nails. The staff member seemed disinterested in my nails - rushed, watching what was happening with other clients, trying to rush my nails to do others. I felt like my custom was not valued. One staff started them, but was sent home and a second staff took over. Then it got busy so the staff member who was doing my nails had to call staff and get them back in. The staff member was having a conversation with partner in another language over my head - very rude. This happened a few times. Now a week on my nails are uncomfortable, not shaped very well and already need refilling. Very disappointing. I will be going elsewhere from now on.

DREADFUL!!! I asked for Gel Nails and got a girl who rushed the job because she wanted to go home. Nothing was said to me - I would have preferred them to say they didn't have time to do the job properly than do the botched attempt. When I called them the next day to complain, they told me to come in that day (and I had to take time off work) to have them redone. When I arrived I was told to come back another day because the girl who did my nails was not working at that time. When I explained my phone call this morning, I was told that the girl did not understand the issue due to difficulties with English. Needless to say - I am very unhappy about this hence this review. Will never go back and will be telling all my friends as well.

Terrible - the skills and service of the people was rubbish. I had to wait over 1/2 hr to be served. They then applied the wrong treatment to my nails. The girl who did them was very rough and could not communicate what she was doing, and did not understand what I was saying. I was very unhappy with they job that they did, I asked for them to fix up a few nails before I left, however after one repaint they finish was still terrible. The person who processed my payment accepted visa, and then when the nice lady next to me went to pay they told her they only accepted cash and that she had to go to the bank! Overall a terrible experience and I was thoroughly disappointed. I will not be going back.

The person who did my nails barely spoke and when they did, completely rude!!!! also very rough. When they finished they disappeared through the back door, no thank you or anything, had one of the other staff members process my payment. Now about the nails, they weren't stuck on properly, way too think, a horrible colour, and they couldn't shape them the way i asked. Within a week they were starting come off. Extremely unhappy, would never ever go back to them.

Great place to have your nails done or have a pedicure.
