V slow delivery from online store. I ordered 3 items on the online store. Delivery times state 2-5 working days after dispatch. Nowhere do they clarify how long it takes to dispatch items. So one item arrived 4 working days later, but the other 2 arrived 9 and 10 WDs (=2weeks) later, each as a separate shipment, and too late for the birthday. I contacted them to complain - turns out their terms and conditions fineprint allows them 10 working days to dispatch. Who buys a product online in Aus and expects such a wait. Its seems intentionally trying to hide, and it was very poor
