I rang anaconda cannington to hold and put away a bench that we wanted.
I spoke to an employee that really was impossible to understand.
When my partner arrived the bench had not been put away for holding and if she didn't collect it today they might run out of them.
She drove from scarborough to cannington, because anaconda stores don't move stock between stores, and if they had of sold out it would not have been pretty in that store.
Employ people who can be understood and do what is asked.
Simple. Not happy.

It was the second time we didn’t get proper customer service from Anaconda Cannington team. We spent more than 2 grand and with the business we do with them, despite being members for a while now, my partner and I just felt like a number to them. No smile, no greetings soon as you walk to the door, no one or almost no one we approached knew the product and no initiative of asking if we need help with something. Yesterday, which maybe the last time we will ever visit the branch, the staff behind the counter named Ben who accommodated us with a faulty Companion power pack didn’t seem to be happy helping us with the refund. He didn’t even ask the reason which shows no interest in doing business with us. He even interrupted my partner and appeared frustrated with a blasé tone of voice. He never gave us eye contact at all. If the training is right, all of those are the opposite of what a customer service staff should provide to the clients and customers. However, since that wasn’t the first time we were not welcomed by this shop branch, I don’t think we will visit there again. VERY DISAPPOINTING. We would rather travel up to Butler to get decent service.
