Purchased a oz trail fridge freezer last year. Once plugged in we discovered it was meeting the right temperature. We are currently on the road heading north and we are needing it repaired. We contacted the hawthorn store where we purchased it from and Jack went out of his way to help us get a replacement . He contacted the Coffs Harbour store and solved all our problems.. It’s great to see that customer service still exists.. Thanks Jack for making our travels
