Customer service is disgraceful over and over again all these years. What an embarrassment. Lazy, rude and inattentive staff ruin the experience every time. When you ask where an item is they say try there...sometimes they point. Try another person when you ask a question...I don't know where it is, not my section not my problem was states to me today. I just can't comprehend how someone can treat another person like that let alone a paying customer. Go for fid you try and return an item even with tags and receipt. ...you'll be on for a long day. Waiting at the counter to be served is another lengthy experience. 12 customers and new staff member ringing paging 15 times for assistance only for a manager to show up angrily yelling at him to deal with it. Another customer jumped in and told the Manger off and said to pull his head in ...I agreed and said the kid is doing his best ON HIS OWN!!! ABSOLUTELY DISCUSTING BEHAVIOUR!!!

We have had excellent service from Tom in the cycle area of Anaconda; ehlpful, pleasant and knows what he is talking about. I have also rung Anaconda to order an item and received a very rude reception from a lady on the phone, so I guess you get both types! Lots of sales and a good range of products.

Great range of products, but.....the service is always so slow. I have waited in the line to buy my goods and have waited so long (1/2hr ish) I gave up and walked out. They have good specials from time to time, just make sure you go when it is quiet.

I went to anaconda and wanted to go fishing. I was looking at the fishing gear and was approached by a man who showed me what was the best for the local beach

Excellent place to shop when after customer service. The staff are always helpful and appear to know a lot about the items in stock. The prices aren't always competitive however i would not mind paying that little extra for that hugee difference in service

the staff are willing to spend time with you and explain the merchandise fully so that you understand what you are buying. very good customer service and knowledge. plus the climbing wall in the store is heaps of fun and a great idea to keep the kids occupied.

The prices are pretty good- there are some things that are more expensive than you would get at other outdoor stores- but most of the time they are the cheapest.

They were advertising a price matching policy but they did not honour it.

Great range but generally dearer prices in a very large store.

Some items can be of low quality.

I entered the store and started to browse. After browsing for a few minutes I was approached by a staff member who helped me with my enquiry and assisted me to find a beach shelter that was inexpensive and met my needs.
