the helpful service and advice given to me was excellent. I had a sentimental older family ring I wanted resized. Not only did they do a wonderful job on the resize but they were so genuinely concerned about the very thin gold band and they not only did the perfect resizing, but they also reinforced the band as they were so worried it was just so fragile. it is so nice to deal with total professionals. Even though I was not investing in a handcrafted piece of jewelry, I was made to feel very comfortable. The end result of my little older ring was just perfect. I needed my engagement ring resized and went to the jeweller from which it was purchased, however they told me it would take 2 weeks. I found Anania jewellers online and they advised me they could do it the same day.
I handed my ring in this morning and have just picked it up at 4pm and it is PERFECT.
It needed taking down 4 sizes but they managed to keep the look and shape of the ring.
I couldn't recommend them highly enough and will definitely be using them again in the future.
