This bridal shop is the only one in SA to stock La Sposa Wedding gowns and it is a real pity we experienced such horrendous service. The shop attendant was extremely pushy and rude. We were not allowed to touch any of the dresses and to request to try on a dress we had to "point" without completely seeing what the dress looks like. She was also extremely ignorant of our requests and the bride's personal taste, boasting she knows 'from experience' what would suit the bride and FORBID the bride to try on any dress she herself deemed unsuitable. I also like to mention this is the first day of wedding dress shopping the bride has experienced so of course she would not know exactly what style would suit her or not unless she gets to try it on. The shop attendant should have at least given her the benefit of trial and error instead of blatantly forbidding her to try it on. She then proceeded to limit us to 4 dresses and if we didn't like the 4th dress, the bride was not allowed to try on any further. We feel it is exactly because of such ill-treatment that the business does not deserve our patronage or clientele any further.
