On a recent trip we visited Iluka and stayed at the Anchorage Holiday Park in one of their Spa Cabins. This park has been under the same family management for more than 30 years; and I can absolutely say that this place is like a pin. It is very clean, has excellent amenities, and the management bend over backwards to make sure that everything is the way you like it. We arrived late; an hour and a half after the office closed. But the manager waited for us and politely directed us to our cabin and showed us the ropes. She was more than obliging and because of this we decided to stay an extra night. The park is also Pet Friendly but pets must be registered at time of booking,

We have no hesitation in recommending this holiday park to all travellers.
