Andersens Aspley have recently carpeted my home after damage from a breakin. Due to this we decided to Re carpet the entire home.

We had dealt with them before and always been happy.

From the salesperson Lian, to the fitters Josh and Paul and the office ladies Brittany and Donna no request was too difficult and they were extremely accommodating.

They made the process easy without disrupting our lives.

I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

A big thanks to Darren the sales person who was very helpful and had a great product knowledge and was able to help us out with choosing the right colour for our house. The installers were professional, prompt and polite.

Donna at Andersons was so unbelievably helpful. I had no idea what to look for but she found everything I wanted and moved things to fit my schedule. Definitely a big thank you!

Terrible customer service! Can't complain about the install job however after being told a date for the install no one showed up. Was told they would be on site the next day, no one showed up, mean while my partner stayed home from work both days. Was told the delay was due to "freight issues" however I was then told the carpet was there the whole time! Installer laughed it off and said it happens all the time... Now 1 year later a phone call out of the blue expecting me to pay the final bill when I was never left a final invoice, to top it all off they didn't even know if the job had been completed or not, lucky I had informed them it was otherwise they would never had known. Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone! Sort out your job scheduling, sort out your invoicing, and run a professional business.

I had a very similar experience to 224emp - terrible service, rude management and complete incompetence! Do yourself a favour - choose another organisation or buy online!!

A big thank you to Chris the manager of the Aspley Anderson's carpet store and to Michael one of their carpet layers. We just had new carpet laid throughout our home and these two gentlemen are a rare breed in today's world because they understand the importance of good customer service. Chris, you very quickly and efficiently resolved any issues that came up and we couldn't be happier with your service and professionalism. Not many people take the time to listen or care but you possess both abilities. Michael your attention to detail and the devotion you showed in making sure our carpet was installed correctly was very impressive. It is very rare to see someone care so much about the work they do and as customers we are extremely happy with your work. To anyone who is getting their carpet laid, if you have Michael doing it you will be very happy with the end result. His seam work is brilliant! Once again thank you both very much. We love our new carpet and are very happy to recommend Anderson's carpet Aspley to our family and friends.
