My 1st appt they didn’t even get my hair close to the colour I wanted even after charging me extra for toners and treatments, they said it would damage my hair too much and to come back in a month. So I did, what a mistake, my hair after the 2nd lot of full head of foils is so patchy, still has brassy gold bits and is streaked with purple blue bits from the toners. The cut looks like it was done by a blind person with blunt scissors. I was too embarrassed at the time to speak up and felt sure they were laughing about me after I left.
