Like others here I was caught out and lost my money. Job incomplete, dreadful workmanship, 5 months of delays. Found out too late that this individual was UNLICENSED. Do your due diligence and check with QBCC. Do NOT recommend.

Had such a bad experience with this guy. He took my money and did a runner.

Do not use this fencing contractor at any cost. He does not possess a building licence which, in accordance with legislation, is required to have. The job was supposed to take three days, but has taken six weeks (we live in units, so we had 4 fences which needed doing). He did not turn up one day, and we are yet to have our fence completed (we have no gate and the upper railings still have not been installed). When you try to contact him, he does not answer his phone. The body corporate management company has attempted to contact him to no avail. Not a happy customer!

Unfortunately I've used this guy twice, both for residential colourbond fencing. The first time was quite a big job and the end result was okay, althouhg he is very slow and always on the phone. The finish was a bit slap happy and in particular the gate was pretty flimsy. Stupidly I used him again when I moved and the job was much smaller (say 6m versus 60 metres from the first one). The quote didn't reflect such a difference in materials but I was in a desperate situation and had to proceed quickly. He postponed the job, he was late, he dragged it out over two days and then tried to leave on the second day without finishing because it suited him. He got uppity when I insisted. The upper lines of the 5 panels are uneven and it looks like a dodgy warehouse yard gate not suitable for a nice residential entry. Now a mere 18 months after the job was done, I come home (on Christmas Day too, great timing!) to find that the weight of gate has sheared off from the top of the frame that attaches to the upright post. I've had to remove the entire gate. I will have to get someone out to replace the gates and ensure the fitting used are adequately strong enough. Despite the fact it should be him that rectifies it (and for free) I won't go near him again with a 10 foot pole. I'd advise you not too also.
