I've read some people thought the ladies are rude etc, but I've been coming here for 4 years now and I find the store has everything I need if I want a gift, and the ladies have been always lovely....they do get quite busy, but that's because they have a great line of products....be patient they are always eager to help and this store is a little overpriced, but it has different ideas for homes and a must to see if you go to Redbank

always bringing in new stock one of the only places locally that i have found stock kelly lane some items are over priced but you can pick up a bargain if you look lots of unique gift ideas and glassware

brought a shopping tote on wheels from here for my grand mother when we left the store the wheel fell off, but we just poped it back on i guess it hadn't been put together correctly, the range of items sold here is quite impressive, staff are friendly enough

Staff are so rude! I just purchased a photo frame from here for our new house and the first one I picked up the glass was broken! The staff are always talking on the phone when serving you! Won't be back

Great home wares shop, great variety and fairly priced. The ladies are lovely, every time I go in they are always eager to help me find what I need and put up with my children who give them a heart attack (I'm sure) whenever we go in there. Not the best for wheeling around prams or trolleys but happy to let that slide as it is a great place to find unique home wares.
