My wedding ring was too tight on my finger, so it needed enlarging. It had a complicated pattern on it which the jeweller was not sure he would be able to match. Afterwards he said he had done his best but it wasn't perfect, so he didn't charge me- I can't find the join so I think he has done a wonderful job (& at no cost to me!). That's what I call service!!
