The vets and vet nurses are all very professional and polite. My pets love going there!! It's a great experience for them!

The vets are very thorough and good at diagnosis.They are friendly and explain all their procedures.
Most reception staff are nice, but one is a bit sullen and dismissive to the customers.
Overall a good clinic. Costs seem to be competitive with other vets.

I had my puppy desexed here and the operation was faultless and he heeled really quick without any problems or scarring. I highly recommend this vet for a desex operation. But its a bit pricey and the price they quote you does not include pain relief after surgery, which is essential I think, so may sure you get a quote for cost of desex + pain relief.

The staff here are very friendly and caring, very important when our pets are sick!! The prices are a bit expensive, but I suppose that is to be expected.
