Amazingly friendly staff :) They were more then happy just to talk about birds/ fish whatever even though they were super busy.

Took the time to answer all my questions about the fish tank I wanted and gave me a great price, even more than the advertised 25% off :)

Great range of products, generally reasonable prices but the level of service makes me happy to spend a little more on the product :)

Very busy because of 20% off everything sale but still had time to speak with customers and make them feel valued.

Encouraged us to join the members club as it means that they can keep track of purchase history for warranties in case you lose your receipt (which I always seem to do)

Purchased a great number of things in one day but the treatment made me want to go back again
