Anita Spice was first set up to offer the connoisseurs of Indian Cuisine a spice blend for cooking. This spice blend is specially balanced to bring out the aroma of each spice to the best. Another Beverage Blend was developed to enable a spicy seasoning of the most common lemonades and shakes. After two years of successful sales of the spice and beverage mixes, the restaurant Anita's Spice opened in Palm Cove, Cairns North, Queensland. We use our original spice mix for cooking. The spice mix is also available for purchase by patrons at the restaurant.
