I bought my wedding dress here and had an excellent experience dealing with all of the staff. You do need to book a couple of months in advance for your first appointment but once you've chosen your dress they are quite flexible with the fitting appointments. They were very accommodating with the alterations and customising that I wanted done. After the wedding they did the cleaning and boxing of the dress for $200 which was very reasonable.
