My television reception completely died. I rang several technicians who presumed I would need a new antenna, but as it was just before Easter they were all too busy to help. I then contacted Antenna IQ and Andrew came around at short notice and immediately pinpointed the problem: it was not the actual antenna but the masthead amplifier that needed replacing. The job was completed within 30 minutes and I have had excellent reception ever since.
