My sister And I saw some earrings in the window. The lady asked if we’re just looking or wanted to buy as she said she was busy paying some bills. I said that if it was too inconvenient we would leave. - which we did.We have never meet anyone so rude and snobby. When we left the shop she slammed the door behind us.Maybe if she sold something she may find it easier to pay her bills. We will never visit the shop.

Went in with my husband. We collect antiques. She asked in a very unfriendly voice could she help us or were we just looking. She made us feel like we were time wasters beneath her. My husband asked to look at some ruby and pearl earrings in the window. He commented they were very inexpensive. She put them straight back in the window. I said to my husband I didn’t want buy anything from there as she was rude. As we left she said I was rude. I have a jewellery collection worth $50,000 conservative estimate. Including Suffragette jewellery. Plus other antiques. Her loss. I wouldn’t recommend her business. She is a snob and not a business women. We are from Sydney. That’s not how it’s done.

Rude, arrogant and totally unprofessional

I went into this shop looking for something for my husbands birthday. The lady in there was so friendly and helpful- even after all my questions etc. She has a lovely range of quality products, nicely displayed. Seems quite reasonably priced. Lots of silver and gold jewellery, china bits and bobs and lots more besides. I didn't get what I was looking for, but will go there again anytime I'm in Perth. The lady also is willing to look at a few of my own things to buy from me.
