Very disappointed with the service I received here. If I'm not lining up for an extended period of time, I'm treated poorly and rushed out the door, as I've seen also happen with other customers.
I went in with a problem with the ANZ atm and they told me they could not (would not) help me even though it was an ANZ bank, ANZ atm and I used my ANZ card. I had to call the ANZ help line and they helped me, checked the ATM records and found it was a machine fault and reimbursed me. I am seriously changing banks just because of this branch. Some staff are nice, most are rude and 'too busy' to deal with customers.
