I went to ANZ to get a debit card and a savings account.
I was told that because I was a student I would not have any bank fees.
When I tried to use my card online it didn't work. The man on the phone help line couldn't help me.
Then I got a statement in the mail saying that I've spent $190 when I hadn't spent a cent and I've been being charged $5 a month in bank fees.
