Under knowledged staff. Disappointing. Lazy staff that are unhelpful and unwilling. Incorrect service given when even an ANZ customer.
I am a regular ANZ customer, but have never had better service or more friendly and polite staff than I have in this branch. Well done girls. The layout of the branch is inviting, relaxed and the take a number system works really well.
