Anz is not a patch on the Seaofrd Westpac for service. The tellers are polite but not personal, and they tend to rely on the the ticket machine to let people wait longer. I know I am sitting on a couch rather than standing in a line, but that does not mean I want to wait for ages! Still, it is a nice new area and I have had no problems there

Very helpful, I like their new service 'line up' ticket thingo. For a bank all in all pretty good.

prepaid visa card
within a month of opening it the balance never matched

my understanding is a prepaid visa does not allow a purchase to go through if the money is not there

also i transferred money for each purchase online as i did it

then three days later it would not balance and i was charged $70 in overdraw fees for money that shouldnt go through if isnt there but was there and a few days later wasnt - strange

especially PREPAID

I Have a credit card with ANZ and think there got great service and always willing to help their customers and their fees aren't too bad either so if your looking at getting a credit card maybe look into Anz Bank
