ANZ Bank

ANZ is a great bank. The staff are always willing to help. The wait for a consultant was very short. I am impressed. They are always willing to help where they can.

The ANZ has no customer service at all. I have changed banks and would not recommend them to anyone. Banks need to go back twenty years and reemploy the old time bank managers that knew the business.

this branch makes it worth while to bank with ANZ. the service I recieve is always with a smile and friendly feel to it. they always remember my name and treat me as a person rather than a customer.
