I did not have to wait long before i got served. The staff were friendly and willing to help. They also simplified things so i could understand easier.

Anz bank is very convenient to use. we can find ATMS and Branches everywhere. but customer service in Maddington is not that much of satisfactory. they sometimes are not polite to customers. other than that its overall operations are good. but can do better

This is the only bank I have ever been in that always give the best service! They are always busy and there's always a queue, but these worker's still remain so friendly. The staff know their stuff and are always willing to help - Thanks
