I used ANZEtrade to sell shares and thought their customer service from start to finish of the process was absolutely fantastic. I had tried to use another broker before using ANZEtrade but as their customer service wasn't very good I decided to go with ANZEtrade and I was pleasantly surprised. When I had to ring them for assistance with help to set up an account right down to selling my shares online, the customer service was without fault. They answered all my emails promptly. It was quick and easy to open and account and just as quick and easy to sell my shares online with their assistance. If ever I need to sell shares again I will contact them again.
