Highly deceptive descriptions of the flat rented, but ask for 40% higher than the market. The stay was terrible and so as the communication and the staff response. This company was so arrogant that it puts all blames on me. Terrible experience.

Based on a customer referral called this service to offer an apartment up for short term rentals. Person I spoke to on the phone talked over me and told me what she thought of my apartment (when I didnt even get to tell her how many bedrooms etc) and to send an email with details to the office. Sent the email, did not even get an acknowledgement back, do not know how they stay in business
