The 1hr seal cruise is an absolute must! Just $35 per person. This isn't just waiting for the odd seal to pop its head above water - you get taken to a colony of 200 seals! Absolutely incredible. They were everywhere. I got some amazing pictures, and the staff were so knowledgable and personal. Please don't miss this - its a once in a lifetime sort of experience.

After purchasing a voucher via our deal for a 1 hour 'Seals & Shipwrecks' Scenic Cruise for 2 at Apollo Bay and leaving my name and number with who I assume was the receptionist was advised me to call the week before we were due to go down to Apollo Bay as weather conditions may affect whether the cruise went ahead or not I thought that was fair enough. So a week before we went down towards Apollo Bay I called even though she claimed she was going to call me around that time. Anyhow as soon as I advised her I was using the voucher and had called previously she started ranting about how many calls they received from people with vouchers and even after letting me know there was a cruise that weekend, went on to say call again a few days before the cruise. The call cut out and she didn't bother calling me back. Frustrated with the unprofessional experience I decided to give it a miss but after thinking about my purchase assume others had similar experiences with losing money. The voucher was non-refundable and I have seen this company on many of the discount sites. We did not get to go on the cruise and feel I must warn others, do not purchase vouchers for this company as they are using many discount sites to plug their company with non refundable vouchers. The amount I paid was $30.00 for a tour that was impossible to book and it seems a small amount, but how many others purchased this and was given the run around. I feel they should not be offering tours during a period with unreliable weather conditions or at least be fair and refund those who have not used these vouchers. If you have had a similar experience, please share as people need to be made aware.
